Every tier runs the same system. Nothing is held back to make you climb. The tier is sized to your book: how many households you serve, and how hard the AI works for you.

The operating tier. Small team, one book.
The whole system, sized for a book that's still growing. Everything, from day one. Your AI covers about 1,000 conversations and 100 voice minutes a month: the after-hours calls, the bookings, the follow-ups you'd otherwise lose. When the book outgrows it, you move up. Nothing gets rebuilt.
Built for the book most agents actually run. The AI comes off the meter: conversations, texts, drafts, as much as the business needs. 500 voice minutes included, so reception runs all day without you picking up. The phone, the retyping, and the follow-up stop being your job.
No ceiling on your book or the AI working it. Unlimited volume, AI off the meter, and 1,500 voice minutes, built to absorb an enrollment season without flinching. Plus a quarterly tune-up: our team reviews what runs for you and tightens whatever's drifted.

*Unlimited AI means all of it, without counting, under normal business use. Voice minutes past your allowance bill separately. Marketing works from what you give it; it never reads your book and never touches the Vault.

Every tier, no exceptions
- A Vault that is legally yours: your cloud account, in your name, on your card. If we ever part ways, we remove our access and your Vault keeps running.
- HIPAA, end to end: executed agreements across every link, encryption, access controls, audit logging, written policy pack.
- Your book, migrated out of the spreadsheets, PDFs, and inbox threads, into one record per client.
- Front Desk stamped and live: pipelines, tags, workflows, calendar, business number, website, and your AI reception trained on your business.
- Text messaging registered under your own business entity.
- Configuration, training, and handover.
Billed separately, and said plainly.
Some costs are yours by design. We'd rather show them than hide them.
- Voice. Included minutes, then $0.25 a minute, on its own invoice line. An enrollment season costs what it costs, shown plainly.
- Your cloud account. The Vault runs in your own cloud account, in your name, on your card. The provider bills you directly, typically $30 to $60 a month.
- AI past allowance, Keel only. Cost plus 20%. Hitting it regularly usually means the book is ready for Bridge.
- Messaging and telecom. Registration and carrier fees pass through at cost plus 20%, itemized.
- Purchased leads. Cost plus 20%. We don't mark up media.
A hard spend cap is on by default. You set the ceiling, and nothing runs past it. One monthly recap shows everything in one view.
Leaving costs $500.
Control, documentation, and credentials handed over. Our access removed. Your Vault keeps running as yours.
