The system
The book runs. You decide.
Three parts, one system. A lead at Front Desk becomes a record in the Vault. The Vault fills the form through Omni Key™. Enter it once.

Front Desk
The whole front of the house.
Your business phone, booking calendar, website, pipeline, and follow-up. A missed call gets a text back. Follow-up runs on its own. AI drafts your emails, answers your phone, and replies to your texts. Campaigns, emails, landing pages, and posts get drafted by AI from your own workspace; you approve, it ships.
Front Desk is a communications service we operate. It's included in your monthly price and isn't part of what you own. The Vault is.
The Vault
One record per client, and you own it.
One record per client, built even from partial data. Drop in a PDF, a scan, a carrier letter: the Vault reads it, matches it to the right client, and files it; a new client gets a record built from what's there; anything under 95% confidence waits for your confirm. Encrypted, access-controlled, every consequential action logged. Ask your book anything; the answer comes back in seconds. Renewals, gaps, and closing windows are flagged before they cost you.
Toggle between the Vault and Front Desk in one click. One workspace, not two systems.
Omni Key™
It ends retyping. That is the whole job.
A side panel that follows you into any carrier portal, enrollment site, or website. Pull up a client and the page fills from the Vault: quotes pulled, applications prepared. On HealthSherpa, the application goes through the API the moment you approve it. It acts on pages you opened, with data you own, and every submission is yours, under your license.
The marketing engine
Drafted from what you give it.
Campaigns, emails, landing pages, posts, and review replies, drafted from what you give it and shipped when you approve. It never reads your book and never touches the Vault. A hard spend cap is on by default; you set the ceiling.
What it stands in for.
Most of what you already pay for and stitch together by hand.
- A CRM
- A business line
- A booking tool
- An email platform
- A website host
- A cloud folder of PDFs
- The spreadsheet that quietly became the real database
